Returns and warranty policy

At the time of delivery/shipment, warehouse personnel will inspect your items in front of you to ensure they are not damaged and will deliver everything in good condition. If not
If so, please let us know immediately so we can verify and correct your delivery/shipment.

If you wish to exchange or return your item, we only require that you present us with the original invoice within 30 calendar days, as well as the merchandise in good condition and with its original packaging.

In the event that you believe the material has any defect, we kindly ask that you contact us BEFORE the material is installed/used in order not to void your warranty.

 
Misuse of the material, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation instructions, will void your factory warranty.
